Great vibes & even better food! While in town for the weekend I was looking for somewhere to eat outside of the usual Texas Hill Country joints. I was excited to find Tiny Schnitzel Haus & was just as impressed as the other reviewers! The staff was kind and friendly, they got my food out fast & it was all fresh, hot and delicious! I thoroughly enjoyed the currywurst & pork schnitzel. If you’re passing through this is not the place to skip or put off for later- it’s a must try. I will be dreaming of their schnitzel for a long time. An added note- I was a bit afraid to get it to-go as I didn’t know how well it would travel with the breading remaining crispy, but they packaged it great and there weren’t any problems with it being hot and fresh when I arrived to my destination. As I'm writing this, I am full and happy. It was everything I craved and more!

Don’t let the appearance fool you—Tiny Schnitzel Haus in Pipe Creek, TX, may look like a modest camper trailer with a simple enclosed eating area, but the food is absolutely incredible. We stumbled across this place by chance, and it ended up being one of the best German meals we’ve ever had. The schnitzel was crispy and tender, the sides were authentic and full of flavor, and the portions were generous. It felt like a true homemade meal, the kind you’d expect from a German grandmother’s kitchen. The owner was there when we visited, and she was super nice and incredibly friendly. You can tell she puts her heart into every dish, and it really adds to the charm and warmth of the whole experience. This place is a true hidden gem. Skip the chain restaurants, make the drive, and treat yourself. You’ll be glad you did—and like us, you’ll definitely be back.

It’s a tiny little hole in the wall place that serves food that is second to none. My wife said that the food is a flavor party and she hadn’t eaten anything that good before. The owners are very friendly and are proud of their food. The restaurant is clean and cozy.

So far I have been here 3 times as of this review. This place is magnificent, and the couple running this little restaurant are amazing. The food is hot and fresh, made perfectly to order, and it never fails to fill you up! The schnitzel, both chicken and pork, are done so well. The spatzle with cheese makes a fantastic side, and I’ve tried a little of every other dish too. The kraut balls with beer cheese, curry wurst, red cabbage, all bursting with flavor straight from Germany. Even their fries were super crunchy and went so well with the dish! Eating in is a great option, as they’re working hard on building inside dining, plus you get a fresh slice of lemon with your schnitzel with this squeezer I’ve never seen before! I will continue coming back here, I still have yet to try the strudel as the one time I wanted to try it they sold out within 30 minutes of opening! That’s how you know it’s good, I’ll have to reserve my own next time!

Really excellent German food from a very unassuming little building on the side of the road. I thought it was closed when I pulled up, but it wasn’t and I’m glad I didn’t give up. Super friendly folks, and as soon as you order you can hear them pounding out your schnitzel so you know it’s legit. Also, a great option for families with kids as the “schnitzel fingers” are just really good made from scratch chicken tendies. Reasonably prices, great service, over all well worth the stop. Patio is dog friendly.

A little bit of Germany right here. Delicious food and wonderful service. Don't be fooled by the tiny size of the facility, it contains big tastes inside. Best German food outside of Munich. German Brat was phenomenal, as well as the pork Schnitzel. You won't be disappointed. Prost!

We learned about this restaurant on Facebook. We were thoroughly excited to find an authentic German restaurant on our northwest side of town and it did not disappoint! Loved that it was dog friendly in true German fashion my only sad face was that the pretzels were sold out, but that's ok we will be back!
